You do not need a “K-pop tour bus.” You need four neighborhoods, a T-money card, and the official hours for anything that sells tickets.
Hongdae · 홍대
Line 2 Hongik University. Street busking (see Hongdae busking), independent merch, and the densest noraebang strip in the city. Clubs run late; last subway is not a rumor.
Seongsu · 성수
Line 2 Seongsu. Pop-up stores, café collaborations, and photobooth streets. Brands rotate monthly — search the act name + 팝업 the week you fly. Pair with a walk along the Seoul Forest side if you need air.
COEX / Samseong · 코엑스
Line 2 Samseong or Line 9 Bongeunsa. SMTOWN at COEX is the reliable indoor K-pop museum-shop hybrid. Starfield COEX Mall is the rainy-day merch circuit. Check SMTOWN’s own calendar for photo slots.
Gangnam · 강남
Agency buildings (JYP’s long-time neighborhood, others nearby) are offices, not attractions. Do not loiter at loading docks. Use Gangnam for music-store chains, tax-free cosmetics next door to idol merch, and Line 2/Shinbundang connections.
Yongsan · 용산
HYBE-related visitor experiences have used Yongsan addresses. Hours and ticketing change. Treat any “Insight” style exhibit as a timed ticket, not a walk-in.
