📍 ICN to Gangnam without tears

Gangnam is not next to Seoul Station. AREX express to Seoul Station plus Line 2 (or a transfer) is the usual rail combo. A dedicated airport bus can be simpler with big luggage.

AREX express to Seoul Station (~43–55 min), then subway south into Gangnam. All-stop AREX is cheaper and slower. Tickets at the orange machines. Full arrival flow: airport.
Airport bus routes serve Gangnam / COEX hotels directly. 70–90 min with traffic. Buy at the bus booth in arrivals after you have won SIM/cash.
Taxi / Kakao T is the expensive straight line. Fine after a midnight landing when rail is thinning. Meter + possible late surcharge. Kakao T.

Hotel pin in Kakao T should be the Korean address from your confirmation, not only “Gangnam.”
