Immigration, then arrivals hall. Do not buy SIM landside before bags if your group will split — the desks are after customs.

Show passport. Staff will ask length of stay. Tourist SIMs are prepaid; you will not get a Korean phone number that works for every bank app.

Turn data on, test Naver Map. Search 서울역. If the blue dot does not move, toggle airplane mode once. Google Maps routing is weak in Korea.
