Cold and paradoxical hot

Cold noodles and soy-milk noodles are the obvious summer move. 삼계탕 on the hottest day is folk “fight fire with fire” — you sweat, then cool. Neither is a rule; both are literacy. See cook: naengmyeon, kongguksu, samgyetang.
