Soju ritual

Turn away, two hands, and never pour your own if someone older is watching.

The pour

Hold the bottle with two hands toward an elder. Receive with two hands. Turn your head when you drink in formal company. Pour for others; someone will pour for you. Modern friends skip half of this — still know it so you do not look careless at a company dinner. Food comes with the drinking; empty-stomach soju is a tourist error.
