Shave or pulse ice to snow. Layer 팥, a drizzle of milk, chewy tteok, fruit. Condensed milk is the café move. Injeolmi powder if you have it. This is not a precise pastry — balance sweet bean against unsweetened ice so it does not become syrup soup.
