Fill after the first flatten
Yeast dough, rest until puffy. Oil a pan, flatten a ball, add sugar-cinnamon-nut filling, pinch, flatten again. Cook covered so the sugar melts without burning the skin. Eat immediately — the syrup is a burn hazard and the whole point.
