One pan, staged heat

Coat chicken in gochujang-gochugaru-soy-garlic. Start chicken, add cabbage and sweet potato, then rice cakes so they do not turn to paste. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil. Chuncheon restaurants scrape leftover sauce into fried rice — do that at home too.
