Lockers are real but size-limited. A 28-inch suitcase may not fit the common units. For two big bags, use a luggage-delivery app or your hotelโ€™s early storage.

Seoul Station / major KTX halls have paid lockers and sometimes staffed storage. Follow โ€œLocker / ๋ฌผํ’ˆ๋ณด๊ด€ํ•จโ€. Cards usually work; keep the receipt.
Subway lockers (some Line 2 tourist stations) are handy for a day bag, not a family of suitcases.
Hotels will usually hold bags before check-in and after checkout if you ask in the morning. This is the lowest-stress option.
Delivery (์ง ๋ฐฐ์†ก) from ICN to Seoul hotels exists; book the day before a tight connection. Not same-hour magic at rush times.

Never leave bags unattended on palace grounds or subway platforms.
