πŸŒ™ What to eat after midnight

Seoul does not shut at 10pm. Last subway is roughly midnight-ish (later on some Friday lines). After that: taxis, night buses, and a lot of fluorescent rice.

Pojangmacha (포μž₯마차) orange tents: soju, pancakes, stew. Card culture improved but small stalls may still prefer cash. Eat cooked food that is turning over quickly.
Kimbap / ramyeon chains and CU/GS25 will always exist. Not glamorous; perfectly Korean.
Delivery apps (Baemin, Coupang Eats) want a Korean number and often a local payment method. Kakao T is the more realistic late ride home.
Nightlife neighborhoods (Hongdae, Itaewon, Gangnam) stay loud later. Watch your bag; standard city caution, not panic.

Sunday dawn is quieter. Holiday eves follow holiday hours.
