Relative clauses (는 / 은 / 을)

내가 먹은 김밥 — put a whole clause in front of a noun.

Before the noun

Korean stacks the description before the noun. Present action: stem + 가는 버스. Past action: 은/ㄴ먹은 김밥. Future/obligation flavor: 을/ㄹ먹을 음식.

Descriptive verbs (adjectives) usually take 은/ㄴ: 비싼 가방. Keep the head noun at the end; English word order will fight you until this feels automatic.
