내일 갈 거예요 — a plan or prediction, plus 을게요 for a promise.

(으)ㄹ 거예요 is the default future/plan. (으)ㄹ게요 is what you will do for the listener: 제가 낼게요. Intention 려고 해요 is “I’m intending to.”
