ㅐ and ㅔ have merged for many speakers
In Seoul speech, ㅐ and ㅔ often sound the same (both near English “eh”). You still spell them differently: 개 dog vs 게 crab. Learn the spelling with the word.
ㅢ is ui in 의사 doctor, but often [ㅣ] after a consonant in the same word, and [ㅔ] in the particle 의 in casual speech. Follow the page romanization toggle; listen to people around you in Korea.
