Japanese K-pop shows almost never sell out in a first-come queue. Seats are allocated by lottery rounds (先行抽選). Fan-club members enter the earliest round; general applicants enter later. Overseas fans can usually apply if they have a Japanese shipping address or a local proxy that the agency allows — the tour notice is the source of truth.

- Join or renew the act’s official Japanese fan club before the first lottery deadline.
- Read whether foreign cards / overseas addresses are accepted for that round.
- If you need a proxy, use a service with public reviews and never share account passwords.
