Silla Kingdom

The Silla Kingdom (신라, 57 BC–935 AD) unified the Korean peninsula and left a golden Buddhist legacy centred on Gyeongju — often called "the museum without walls." Royal tombs, the Bulguksa temple, and Seokguram grotto make this Korea's richest ancient-history destination (all UNESCO).
