닭갈비 is spicy stir-fried chicken from Chuncheon — chicken, tteok (rice cakes), cabbage, sweet potato, and green onion wok-fried in gochujang sauce on a large skillet at the table. Chuncheon's signature dish since the 1960s. A visit to Chuncheon without eating dakgalbi is considered culturally incomplete.
