Jet-lag skin: hydrate, barrier, SPF — pause new actives 시차 피부 리셋
After a long-haul flight, Korean-style recovery is a gentle cleanse, hydrating layers, a barrier cream, and sunscreen on the first daylight — not a peel to 'wake the face up'. Cabin air and skipped sleep make skin reactive. New acids and retinoids wait until you have slept in the new timezone.
First shower, not first peel
Lukewarm water, a mild cleanser, essence on damp skin, cream. If you wore plane SPF or makeup, double-cleanse once. You already stripped a lot of water in the air; you do not need a foam that squeaks.
Daylight in a new city
Sightseeing is UV even when you feel indoors-tired. Korean fluid or stick sunscreen goes on before the palace, market, or olive young run. Reapply with a stick.
Sleeping mask vs cream
A thin sleeping pack can replace a heavier cream for one night. It is not a treatment that fixes jet lag. If you sting, drop back to cream plus cica and skip fragrance.
When to restart actives
After a couple of comfortable nights. Introduce one product at a time. This is cosmetic pacing, not a medical recovery protocol.
