Kaolin Clay in winter: how to adjust
Using Kaolin Clay in winter: the season brings cold air, indoor heating and moisture loss, so what changes is texture, frequency and what you layer around it — not usually whether you use it at all.
The gentlest of the common cosmetic clays, and the one Korean wash-off masks lean on when they want oil control without a stripped face. Kaolin soaks up sebum sitting on the surface. It does not reach into a pore, dissolve a blackhead or shrink anything — those are jobs for a BHA, if they are jobs at all.
