Innisfree Green Tea Mineral Mist 그린티 미네랄 미스트
One of Innisfree's longest-running products: a light mist of Jeju green tea water and mineral water with a small amount of humectant, sold as a daytime refresher rather than a routine step. It is cheap, stocked in every Korean shop and airport, and refreshingly unpretentious about what it is — a fine spray that makes hot skin feel better for a while.
What it is built around
Who it suits
Oily and combination skin in summer, and anyone who wants something to carry rather than something to build a routine around. It is fine over makeup. Dry skin gets very little from it and would do better with a humectant-heavy mist. Sensitive skin should check the current formula for fragrance before buying a bottle.
How to use it
Spray from around twenty centimetres whenever skin feels hot or tight, then press in what is left rather than letting it evaporate. Over makeup, mist lightly and blot. It is not a substitute for a toner, and it should never replace a moisturiser at any point in the day.
