Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam
The second-cleanse partner to Anua's cleansing oil, keeping heartleaf as the through-line. It is a low-pH foaming cleanser with a soft, dense lather that rinses without tightness — brisker than the gentlest gels, milder than a traditional foam. Quercetinol is the brand's coined term for its heartleaf-derived complex rather than a standardised ingredient, so read it as branding. The cleansing performance is the part that stands up.
What it is built around
Who it suits
Oily and combination skin that wants a proper wash after an oil cleanse, especially anyone already using the Heartleaf oil and toner and wanting the range to hang together. It suits blemish-prone skin reasonably well. Dry and sensitive skin will do better with a milk or cream cleanser — the foam is mild, but it is still a foam.
How to use it
A small amount worked into a lather in wet hands, massaged over damp skin for around thirty seconds, rinsed lukewarm. Evening as the second step after the oil cleanser; morning too if your skin is oily on waking. Follow with a hydrating toner on damp skin rather than waiting for the face to dry.

What is double cleansing?
Double cleansing is a two-step Korean method: first an oil-based cleanser dissolves makeup, sunscreen and sebum, then a water-based cleanser removes sweat and water-soluble debris. The pairing aims to clean thoroughly without the tightness or stripping that one harsh wash can cause.
What is heartleaf in Korean skincare?
Heartleaf, or Houttuynia cordata (어성초 in Korean), is a trending calming extract used in K-beauty to soothe and help balance oily, blemish-prone skin. It's found in lightweight toners and essences and pairs well with centella, niacinamide or BHA for troubled skin.
