Abroad, match in daylight on the jaw, wait for the film to set, and treat online swatches as a guess. Why overseas matching is harder
Shop lighting, camera white balance, and oxidation (or simple drying-down) all shift what you think you saw. A cushion also sheers out on the puff, so a wrist swatch looks darker than a face wearing three presses.
A practical method
