How Rice Extract works 쌀
Rice extract / ferment supplies starches, amino acids, and antioxidants (including ferulic acid and allantoin in some preparations) that condition and soften skin and lend a luminous 'mochi skin' finish. Brightening is largely a cosmetic light-diffusing and antioxidant effect. Concentrations are not standardized.
