How Kombucha Ferment works 콤부차
Kombucha ferment supplies the polyphenols of the tea it was brewed from together with the organic acids, sugars and cellulose fragments that fermentation generates. Topically the acids condition the surface slightly and the polyphenols contribute antioxidant activity. What no one can tell you is whether the fermentation adds anything beyond what green tea extract and a humectant would deliver, because that comparison has not been done properly. The culture also produces cellulose, the same material bio-cellulose sheet masks are grown from — a considerably more literal use of the ferment than the essence version.

How long does Korean skincare take to work?
Most skincare, Korean or otherwise, needs time. Hydration benefits can appear quickly, but visible changes in tone, texture or fine lines typically take several weeks to a few months of consistent use, roughly one skin cycle or more. Sun protection and patience matter more than any single product.
Does Korean skincare work for deeper skin tones?
The skincare does — hydration, barrier support and soothing actives are not tone-specific. The friction points are mineral sunscreens that leave a cast and a colour-cosmetics shade range that has historically been narrow.
